Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all workshops and services offered by Fedna Research LLP through twohoursai.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

2. No-Refund Policy

All event bookings — including paid workshops, sessions, and related services — are non-refundable once payment is completed. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or inability to attend.
• No-show on the day of the event.
• Dissatisfaction with the content or format.
• Technical issues on the participant's end.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis only if a specific refund or money-back guarantee is explicitly mentioned in the promotional materials for that particular event. In such cases, the terms stated in the event promotional will apply.

Unless an event's promotional material explicitly states otherwise, the default no-refund policy applies.

4. Free Workshops

Registration for free workshops can be cancelled at any time. Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable. If you cannot attend, you may simply skip the session — no cancellation is required.

5. Cancellation by Fedna Research LLP

If we cancel a workshop for any reason, registered participants will be offered:

• A full refund to the original payment method, or
• Transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.

6. Refund Process (Where Applicable)

Where a refund is applicable (event cancellation by us, or an exception as per Section 3), refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Digital Content & Delivery

Our workshops are delivered digitally via live video conferencing (Google Meet or similar platforms). Workshop joining links are sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number prior to the session. Since this is a digital service, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.

8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at info@fednaresearch.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably.
